Here is what I have come up with. I think it will be a good fit for both the kit chassis and custom built ones. Have a look and see if there is anything you think will be an issue. Once I nail it down I will send a couple of trial ones out and see how they go and what people think.

I've got a chassis built up based on the kit chassis I've been using as a template for some noses I'm working on. I took some quick measurements from your diagram, and it looks to be pretty spot on for a fit!!

Here is another version. I have tapered this one the full length rather than just at the nose to try and match the taper of the chassis rails. I will print one out tonight and see how it goes.

looks good, it's a shame the photo could not be a bit more clearer, would love to see you have a go at doing a j&j nose cover, hood and cockpit front
