Making horribly slow progress on this car, but have managed to at least get all 4 tires on the ground! The rear suspension is not locked in place yet, it's just basically mocked up, I wanted to see how it all went together and see if all 4 tires touch the ground! So far I think I'm successful! Was hoping to have this thing done for the Heartland Nationals in Kansas City this weekend, but real life projects have got in the way, so.... maybe next year!

Looking great Scott! The ride height looks good, and those tires and wheels look fantastic.

That looks awesome!! Wish you would have been able to bring it to KC. I would have loved to see it in person!

Super small update here on this long drawn out project! Fuel tank is decaled and installed, just have to finish up the push bumper and get it installed. Also got the top wing pretty much done, scratch built the right side panel, and added Archer rivet decals to the side panel where it would attach to the center of the wing. Those rivet decals work pretty slick! Also got the decals applied to the wing, now just need to add the wing supports and make the wing struts, then that's done! Hope to have another update soon with some engine work!

Small update on this one before I put it in the finished section! Got the engine built up, and with the help of my good friend Mark Johnson, scratchbuilt a new fuel injection system and set of valve covers. Not 100% accurate, but close enough for me! Also scratchbuilt an oil filter for it, wired and plumbed it completely, and added Joe's excellent Wesmar decals to the valve covers and oil pan. Also have a set of RB Motion injector stacks to put on top of the new injection, which I haven't put on yet, but will look good when they're installed...
