thanks for the compliments guys! It was a really fun build. I'm gonna be starting My Kraig Kinser project soon! A dirt latemodel is in the works as well! :shock:

Now that's one heck of a Great Build, Everything is there except for the Roar of the Engine! Great Job my Friend..

Where did you get the female type hymes? I found some beads in a craft store that would work great but they are glass and CA won't stick to them.

Hey flying185, sorry I have'nt been on my post in awhile, but to answer your question, I cut the ends off of the shocks that come with the revell/monogram sprint kits. I just used a #71 or #72 bit and drilled out the ends where the shock shafts would press in. the shock shafts are just straight pins. you can get them virtually anywhere. the shock bodies are K&S alum. tubing.

great idea, I never thought of that. I have a few sets built already but didn't have ends for them yet. when I get more things done I'll post some pics.
