I've been away for a while, but I'm interested, Speedway off season comming up, that means hobby time :) The more Speedway stuff TPB do, the better.

Definately interested in wheels.....wheels and seats are my biggest headache!

I have so many of the old style kits and I cant see my way clear to use the old style wheels, they are just horrible!

Ahhh but Leon, bead locks and mud plugs can cover the worst of wheels :)

Some nice turned sleeves would be awesome and incredibly realistic!

Aluminum parts are out of the question for myself or the Parts Box. Is there anyone else who'd like to have a go?

I do know Michael at Dirtmodeler has done a lot of planning as far as wheel rims in two peice halves to go with his hubs. I havent heard much from him in a while. But his DM facebook shows concept designs for the parts. Just not sure on casting and production yet..

I've spoken to Michelle at The Parts Box about doing these and the answer was a tentative yes. Bottom line is the old ones were dropped to streamline the inventory and something else may have to go for these to fit in. Doing these actually won't be that hard but you'll need to knock the doors over with orders for them in order to keep them available.
Incidently, some guys know this, but the new guys won't. Even if its a part that been dropped from the inventory, they still keep the molds,so you can order that part by emailing them and they will usually cast it for you.
