Edmunds Super Modified

Post by Randy23 »

Just finished this Edmunds Super Modified for my grandson a few days ago. The decals are homemade and I did add some detail to the kit, coolant, oil and fuel lines, plug wires and volicity stacks.

Here is a shot of the box art. It was really a fun little kit to build.

A bit of the added detail on the engine

And the finished car.

Hope the lil guy likes his race car

Thank you

I have 4 axles now, 2 of them are 62 inch for cars 1992 and newer, also there is a 56 inch for cars from early 1980s to early 1990s and a 52 inch for cars from the late 70s to early 1980s. The 52 inch will also work on some of the super modifieds and champ cars as I understand. Earlier axles were 50 inch taper lock setups, I am not sure there will be a demand for those at this point.

Very nice job Randy, those older cars were my choice, I really enjoyed the few race's that my Father took me to, many a times people would call them Fenderless Jalopoy's why I don't know.
You did a really nice job on this one!!
